Secondary Principal
Scott Costantini
Secondary Principal, Panama Central School District
Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year! I hope you had a wonderful summer and are ready for an exciting year ahead. For those who are new to the district, my name is Scott Costantini, and I serve as the secondary principal here at Panama Central School. While I primarily work with students in grades 7–12, I am proud to support all learners in our UPK–12 building.
Outside of school, I live in Jamestown with my wife, our two boys, and our dog. I enjoy skiing during the winter months, and in the summer, you’ll usually find me boating, wakeboarding, cycling, or simply spending quality time with family and friends. Before coming to Panama, I taught middle and high school social studies at Sherman Central School.
I am incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication our faculty, students, and families bring to making this district such a special place. Whether students are challenging themselves with JCC courses to earn college credit, exploring career pathways through BOCES programs, or finding their passions in the arts, music, theater, or athletics, Panama offers opportunities that prepare them for the future while creating memories that last a lifetime. On the court, in the pool, or on the field, our coaches and athletes emphasize leadership, perseverance, and growth, values that carry far beyond the game.
I look forward to another year of building on Panama’s tradition of excellence and celebrating the successes of our students together.
I can’t wait to see you all S.H.I.N.E.!
Go Panthers and Go Pack!
Sincerely,
Scott Costantini
